The room was comfortable but it felt a little small given the hotel rating. Breakfast offered a good selection of both continental items and cooked options. I particularly enjoyed the games room. The bowling alley was also fun. The swimming pool looked lovely, though I missed using the spa because last admission was at 8 pm.
I found the room warm. The hotel provided one fan. I wish there was air conditioning available. Opening the windows at night was not an option because of mosquitoes.

The spa had highly trained staff. it also featured high-quality products. I really enjoyed my time there. the gym included new equipment. i thought it was clean and well organized too. the bowling and games at the bar added to the fun!
during my visit i noticed the hotel offered water only in the reception area, i think it would be great to have it in all rooms.

The room size was great. AMAZING views looked from the balcony. The breakfast buffet offered MANY choices. Staff members were always available and helpful
There WERE families with children. They created lots of noise in the restaurant. I could not hear myself think. This was like a HUGE school canteen.
